Bella is the second architectural expression of PASSO, developed by BEYOND on Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent. Curved façades, terraces and planted landscapes create a coastal address overlooking the Gulf and Dubai’s skyline. The brochure presents five collections: 2–4-bedroom residences, 2- and 3-bedroom Wellness duplexes, 2- and 3-bedroom Elite residences, 4- and 5-bedroom penthouses and 6-bedroom Beach Mansions.
