On Jumeirah’s coastline near J1 Beach, Solaya brings beachfront living together with Dubai’s urban life. Developed by Meraas in collaboration with Brookfield Properties, the collection comprises 234 residences across nine beachfront buildings. Architecture by Foster + Partners and interiors by 1508 London combine light-filled volumes, natural materials and expansive glazing in a contemporary coastal setting. The brochure presents two- to five-bedroom classic residences ranging from 1,900 to 7,600 sq ft, alongside garden residences, duplexes and penthouses. Every residence benefits from lift access to a private lobby, with separate service elevators. Three-bedroom garden residences have a private pool and a courtyard garden of over 3,000 sq ft; penthouses include terraces, pools and private wellness spaces depending on the configuration. Planned amenities include direct beach access, pools, a spa with a sauna and treatment rooms, a gym, fitness studio, cinema, residents’ lounge and meeting rooms. Gardens and shaded spaces connect the development to the Beach Park, which serves residents and the local community. The brochure also presents 24/7 security, concierge and valet parking; selected personalised services are offered à la carte. The neighbourhood combines coastal living with nearby J1 Beach’s dining scene, which is separate from Solaya’s private amenities. The brochure indicates approximately 15 minutes by car to Downtown and 20 minutes to Dubai International Airport; travel times depend on traffic.
