VELA VIENTO brings together architecture by Foster + Partners and Dorchester Collection’s approach to residential hospitality on the Marasi Bay waterfront in Business Bay. The brochure describes 95 residences in a 180-metre development with 41 floors and three podium levels. It is a distinct development from its sister property VELA in the same neighbourhood. Gilles & Boissier-designed interiors combine generous terraces, floor-to-ceiling glazing and views across Marasi Bay, Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa. Horizon Residences also offer a Banda interior design option. Selected residences feature private pools and double-height spaces; the penthouses are described as shell & core, unlike the furnished residences presented in the brochure.
